The Importance of Your Company Bio
Your Company Bio tells drivers about your company, it's values, and how it operates overall.
Drivers can view your company bio whenever they are looking at possibly accepting your dispatches.
When you are first getting started on the Network, you will not yet have a rating and reputation that drivers can see while looking at your dispatches/orders. A well-written bio is key to making a great first impression to to the drivers that see your orders as a newer carrier. The more drivers that accept your orders, the faster you'll be able to build up your rating and the faster your future orders will be accepted!
Changing Your Company Bio
Your Company Bio can be changed easily at any time in your account settings.
To change your Company Bio, you will need to:
- Log into your Carrier Web Portal on your desktop
- Click the Settings gear icon in the top right corner
- Select the Carrier Profile option from the drop-down menu
- Scroll down until you see the Company Bio field
- Type in what you'd like drivers to know about you and your company in the field
- Click the Update Profile button in the bottom right corner
Congrats! Your Company Bio is now saved and drivers on the Network will be able to see what you have written when they see the orders you place.
