Setting Up Your Payments

Setting Up Your Payments

Before you place your first order, you will need to add a valid debit/credit card that will be charged whenever a driver completes one of your orders. You can input and save multiple cards, but you can only have one card active at a time.

A pre-authorized hold for the amount of the order will be placed on your card when the driver is on their way to your yard. Once the run is completed, your card with be charged. Therefore it's important to make sure that the card you have on file has enough funds to cover the order, or else the driver will be unable to start.

Adding a New Card

To add a new card, you will need to:
  1. Log in to your Carrier Web Portal on your computer
  2. Click on Payments in the top blue menu bar
  3. Enter a valid card number and expiration date
  4. Click Save Card
Congrats! Once your card has been successfully entered and verified, you can begin placing Relay orders!
