Booking a Driver for a Shift(s)

When you need a driver to complete a shift for a set amount of time and you do not know the exact stops beforehand, you can do the following: 

1) Enter the date and time that you would like the driver to arrive at your truck. 





2) Enter the start address of the truck.




3) Choose an option under the 'Enter how long driver will be needed for this order' drop down box.







4) Enter how you would like to pay the driver.





5) Enter any key details the drivers would need to know in the 'Additional Notes' section. In the 'Additional Notes' section, it is a best practice for orders like these to indicate to the driver when the additional stops will be confirmed, or what the shift will entail. 


**Using the Classic Version**

1) For the 'Start/End Address', enter where your truck is located (AKA your yard)

2) For the 'Task at End Location', select 'Other'




3) You now have the option to type in how many hours the shift will be in the box that appears to the right. For example, if you know you will need the driver for a 12 hour shift, type '12' into the 'Hours' box:


4) In the 'Additional Notes' section, it is a best practice for orders like these to indicate to the driver when the additional stops will be confirmed, or what the shift will entail.
