Customizing Your Driver Pay Rate

When you input trip details, the system will give you a market estimate of what other carriers paid drivers for a similar run. You can choose to pay this rate or you can choose to customize your pay rate.

To set your pay rate for your order: 

1) Click the dropdown box that says "Enter how you will pay the driver"

2) You will see the following options: 

1. Flat Rate: 
   
2. Per Hour
   
3. Per Week
   
4. Per Load
   
5. Per Mile
   

3) After selecting an option, you will see new fields on the right that will let you determine the actual rate for the order. Fill these in based on how you'd like to pay the driver. 

4) Enter all other details necessary for the trip and press the Find Me a Driver button at the bottom of the screen. 

**USING CLASSIC ENTRY**

Customizing your rate can be done in the 'Review Order' section of a Relay order. 

To set your own rate on a Relay order:

1) Click the 'Switch to Customized rate' button:

2) Enter a custom flat rate OR custom hourly rate. For local shifts, we recommend setting an hourly rate. For regional or OTR routes, we recommend choosing a flat-trip amount:

3) Click 'Update Order' at the bottom of the screen.
