How to Increase Your Rating

How to Increase Your Rating

Increasing your rating and reputation as a top-tier carrier on the Network can be done in a variety of different ways.

Keep Your Equipment Clean

Clean trucks and trailers set the tone for the run when the driver shows up. Drivers are extremely appreciative if the carrier takes the time to make sure that the truck is cleaned and sanitized for them before they start their run.

Clean equipment helps show that you and the driver are on the same team.

Make a Small Care Package

Putting a small care package inside each of your trucks for the Relay drivers is another way of portraying that both parties are on the same team. Items like cleaning supplies, snacks, backup paper-logs, etc. are always appreciated by the drivers and can help incentivize them to go above and beyond for you.

Engage in Discussions on Relay Social

Getting your name out there in the social chats can help establish your company as responsible, organized, and friendly. Participating in the group-chat discussions or answering/asking questions lets drivers know that you are part of the community and are invested in the future of the Network as a whole.

If you have great-paying runs that are available or want to gauge driver interest of a potential project you have coming up in the future, you can use the Relay Social tabs to build your reputation as a high-quality carrier on the Network.
