Why Your Rating Matters
Drivers are able to see what other drivers have rated carriers before they accept a run. Because of this, a carrier's rating is an important factor in the first impression that you make on a driver. Similar to how carriers want to work with the best 5-star drivers, drivers are much more likely to accept runs for high-rated 5-star carriers.
Newer carriers on the Network should make it a priority to build up their rating and reputation as quickly as they can with the drivers in their area. Doing so sets you up for future success as you will see your order acceptance times go down, while at the same time building up your list of preferred drivers that are fully comfortable with your equipment, your yard, and your routes.
