Increasing Your Revenue with OTR Runs
If you do lots of OTR runs, the power of the Relay Network can help you increase your revenue.
Since you are using the extensive driver pool that the Network has to offer, you are no longer limited to the hours that a single driver can do for you in one trip.
For your OTR runs, you can: - Have a local driver do the initial pickup, then have the OTR driver get the loaded trailer from your yard. This saves the OTR driver the hours spent doing the pickup and can help them get to the delivery location without the risk of running out of hours in the day.
- Have a load and Relay driver booked for when the initial driver gets back. This way you do not have to wait for the initial driver's 34-hour-reset break to finish before getting your truck back out on the road.
- Book local drivers to do a few local runs for you while your OTR drivers waits for their 34-hour-reset to finish and their next load to start.
