Editing Your Order (Computer)

Editing your order from your computer is easy! 

To edit one of your Relay orders, simply open your Carrier Portal and click Current Orders > Scheduled. 

Now that you can see your scheduled orders, you can press the 'Edit Order' button to the right of the screen. 




After editing your order, you will need to press the 'Review Order' button at the bottom of the page, and then press the 'Update Order' button at the bottom of the next page. 

You MUST press that 'Update Order' button, or else the changes will not go through successfully.

IMPORTANT: Remember that it is essential that you reach out to the driver and communicate any changes with them.
