Editing Your Order (Mobile)

Editing your order from your phone is easy! 

To edit one of your Relay orders:

      1) Simply open your Relay On Demand app and click My Orders > Scheduled

      2) Now that you can see your scheduled orders, select the order that you would like to edit by tapping on it.

      3) In the Order Details screen, click the 3 dots icon in the top right corner. 
            

      4) Select the Edit Order option from the pop-up menu
            

      5) You can now enter any changes you'd like to make to your order. Keep in mind that if the run is already in progress, you will only be able to add or remove additional stops or change the driver pay if you have spoken to the driver about it.

      6) After editing your order, you will need to press the 'Review Order' button at the bottom of the Additional Information page, and then press the 'Update Order' button at the bottom of the Review Relay page. 


You MUST press the 'Update Order' button, or else the changes will not go through successfully.

IMPORTANT: Remember that it is essential that you reach out to the driver and communicate any changes with them.
