Overview on Editing Orders
What Order Details Can Be Edited After the Order is Placed?
If the driver has not marked themselves as on their way to your yard, you can edit any section or any detail of the order after you have placed it.
IMPORTANT: It is essential that you reach out to the driver and communicate any changes with them, especially if the change is going to alter the length of the shift or the amount the driver is earning.
If the driver has marked themselves as on their way to your yard, you will only be able to add/remove additional stops or the amount of driver pay for the run. Once the run is in progress, you must speak to the Relay driver and confirm any changes you are going to make.
When Should Your Order Be Edited?
If you are made aware of any changes that will affect the Relay driver and the run they are doing for you, you should edit your order accordingly as soon as you can. Remember to first speak with the driver and communicate any changes with them before making any changes to the order.
