Adding a Driver to Your Insurance
To easily add a driver to your insurance, you will need to send their DQF (Driver Qualification File) to your insurance.
The driver's DQF will have information on it such as the front and back of their license, current MVR driving record, medical certificate, DOT Application, etc.
You can find the driver's DQF by doing the following:
1) Log into your Relay account on either your phone or your computer
2) Click 'Current Orders'
3 Click 'Scheduled'
4) Click 'Track Order'
5) Scroll down to the driver's name and press the 'View DQF' button right next to it.
