Contacting a Driver
Once a driver accepts your dispatch, you will be able contact the driver directly from the mobile app. To contact the driver, please do the following:
1) Press My Orders at the bottom of your mobile phone app
2) Select the dispatch for which you'd like to contact the driver for
3) Press the Call Driver button at the bottom of the screen

You will also find their contact information in their Driver Qualification File. The driver's phone number will be on the first page at the top.
