To dispute a run:
1) Click 'Order History'
2) Click 'View Order' on the order that you'd like to dispute
3) Click 'Dispute'
4) Select the reason for the dispute from the dropdown menu. If you'd like to type a reason in manually, select the 'Other issue' option
5) Click 'Submit'
Your order is now disputed, and our resolution team will take a look at it. Disputes are typically resolved every Monday/Tuesday.
