What happens if my run doesn't get accepted?

What happens if my run doesn't get accepted?

When using the RAP Score (Relay Acceptance Predictor) correctly, about 98% of all runs get accepted.

If your dispatch does not get accepted by the scheduled start time, we recommend the following:

1) Reschedule your order to the next day or whatever day makes sense for the route and make sure your RAP Score is at 90 or above
2) Use the Nearby Drivers feature in the Relay Social tab to message drivers in your area directly about your run
3) Contact Relay Support to help get suggestions on how to get your runs accepted faster

If your run does not get accepted by the scheduled start time, the system will automatically discard it.

You can always edit the start date/time to reschedule it as well.
